This post will cover the current progress of the Manufacturing Team of the FRBC team.
Right now the Engineering team are making a prototype of the F.R.B.C. (First Responder Boot Cleaner) to test cleaning the boots. The F.R.B.C. uses UV-C lights and it helps kill germs like bacteria and tuberculosis. The team wants to make this prototype to fight off bacteria so that Firefighters won't get themselves sick after taking them off and cleaning them after stepping in a lot of contagious stuff while on the job.
But they also are trying to get a new gear for the machine because the old one broke and they need it so the Boots will be able to turn around while inside the cleaner and won't get a spot missed.
And the last thing to report on is the cart being made by the Manufacturing team to carefully carry the new Firefighter Boots coming Right now they are building a cart to move the boots from the fire department more carefully from the front office to the classroom because these are being used and could drop some contagious materials.
